How this library works

What can I add?

Paste a public feed, episode, station, playlist, channel, archive item, or direct stream. The resolver recognizes RSS and Atom, JSON Feed 1.1, Media RSS, oEmbed, JSON:API, HLS, DASH, FLAC, common audio and video files, and supported podcast or music platform links. One source may produce a show, channel, playlist, and many playable entries.

What is stored?

The public record keeps the submitted URL, canonical publisher URL, normalized metadata, attribution, media variants, analysis, votes, flags, and application-added notes. New submissions persist to the shared library and appear by date for later visitors. Media bytes stay with the publisher unless an explicitly permitted archive operation is requested. Internet Archive records retain their item and file provenance.

What happens when I press play?

PlatPhorm verifies an in-app playback path before showing Play. A short-lived Cloudflare relay normalizes safe range requests and rewrites HLS child references while the canonical source remains visible. If an original file is restricted, the player may choose a matching publisher-provided derivative and reports that fallback. Nothing silently opens another site. Search, recommendations, analysis, playback, and single-source additions are public; destructive and bulk operator actions remain protected. Read the privacy policy or inspect the API contract.
